East London Chorus

The chorus for East London and Docklands

ELC at the Royal Exchange

East London Chorus was “incredible and made the event very special.”

A twenty-five strong East London Chorus under the direction of Alex Chaplin lit up the switch on of the Tiffany Christmas Tree at London’s Royal Exchange on Wednesday 25 November.

The Chorus sang popular and some less well known carols for over an hour around the tree, whose lights were switched on by fashion model and TV personality Jodie Kidd. Shoppers, commuters and tourists gathered to listen to the Chorus’ a capella singing, which was described as “incredible and making the event very special”.

The Royal Exchange, one of London’s most iconic buildings, now offers an unrivalled collection of boutique shopping and dining in an historic setting.
